WiFi working ok but can’t get connect via Ethernet

Kokomo

Hi

im having a problem where I can use the WiFi ok and it works however I cannot connect using Ethernet cables. My PC says unidentified connection and my PS4 won’t connect. But can connect with just using normal WiFi.

How is do I fix this ? Has something gone wrong in the ports or is there another problem?

thanks

Reboot modem/router then try again. This will clear out any caching issues in the modem/router's IP tables, and may allow connections for problem devices again. Let us know how it goes.
