How to unroot a phone

So long story short, my dad bought a Samsung S9+ for like super cheap, so I suspect many things on it since it was so cheap (The phone performance is si shit a lot of stutters, etc) , Now I know the problem.

OK help me unroot me dad phone.

There should be unroot function in root priviledge managers like SuperSU

For Samsung phones there's Odin, which is a flash utility developed by Samsung. You should be able to find the original firmware here: https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/galaxy-s9-plus/firmware/SM-G965F/. That should remove root and whatever else that was left behind.

No superSu doesn't worked I tried it before. "The Device isn't rooted properly".

So save your stuff first. Samsung makes it quite easy with their cloud service, if you are ok with them looking at your photos n stuff.

im using google drive for whatsapp, its a very new phone so its fine. My dad usess gmail a lot anyway.

@huilun02 it doesnt want to get into download mode just restarting all the time.

 

the following button combo: POWER + VOLUME DOWN + BIXBY

Other options in case first option did not work or isn't possible.

Option 2 VOLUME DOWN + VOLUME UP than USB cable

Option 3 POWER + VOLUME DOWN + VOLUME UP

Option 4 POWER + VOLUME DOWN + HOME BUTTON

i tried them, the result is not great.
