Cant see the picture clearly. Is the cable coming from the fan or case

Your picture is quite unclear and low resolution, so I can't quite see what I am looking at.

Are these normal (non-RGB) fans? If so, it will likely have a connector like this:

These connect to your motherboard to the "SYS_FAN" connectors. Check your motherboard manual to find where those would be.

Or is this the RGB connection? Did you get a Corsair fan controller hub with your fans/case?

Probably fan speed controls 

Phone 1 (Daily Driver): Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 5G

That's a ML120 at the top and a SP120L at the rear. Neither are LL120's nor do they have leds.
