Where does these cable on 680x corsair case and an aorus master z390? It has 3 pin and 4 pins the connectors

Your picture is quite unclear and low resolution, so I can't quite see what I am looking at.

Are these normal (non-RGB) fans? If so, it will likely have a connector like this:

 

These connect to your motherboard to the "SYS_FAN" connectors. Check your motherboard manual to find where those would be.

Or is this the RGB connection? Did you get a Corsair fan controller hub with your fans/case?

Those cables are from the fans

It should be rgb i think it just has the corsair logo on it nothing else says on it

Yes the fan is spinning but but no rgb

That's a ML120 at the top and a SP120L at the rear. Neither are LL120's nor do they have leds.
