I'm sorry @ Walmart...? Weird seeing that

But anyways. Everything looks like it's okay but the graphics card. 300 for a 1160? You can buy a used card that's more powerful for around the same price if not less. I recommend used over new every time especially since it's more eco friendly doing that but that's just personal agenda slipping in.

I fix computers for a government that is garbage. I'm also a certified security professional according to Comptia

Using my paycheck on computer parts and alcohol and since this is a tech form I'll help with computer stuff I guess

A400 isnt usiually the optimal pick for an SSD, PSU is very overkill so you could def save some money there.

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Spoiler

Change SSD to something better. A400 is shitty.

suggestions:

HP EX900 250 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (2YY43AA#ABC) - PCPartPicker

Samsung PM961 256 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (MZVLW256HEHP-00000) - PCPartPicker

Sabrent Rocket 256 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (SB-ROCKET-256) - PCPartPicker

ADATA XPG SX6000 Pro 256 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (ASX6000PNP-256GT-C) - PCPartPicker

Consider if you could increase your budget to get a Radeon 5700 , they start from around $360 and they're higher performance than 1660ti

MSI Radeon RX 5700 8 GB MECH OC Video Card (Radeon RX 5700 MECH OC) - PCPartPicker

ASRock Radeon RX 5700 8 GB CHALLENGER D OC Video Card (RX 5700 CHALLENGER D 8G OC) - PCPartPicker

Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 8 GB PULSE Video Card (11294-01-20G) - PCPartPicker

You can save some money in the power supply department for example :

70$ Corsair TXM Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply (CP-9020133-NA) - PCPartPicker

75$ Cooler Master MWE Gold 750 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply (MPY7501ACAAGUS) - PCPartPicker

You could shave a few more dollars at memory if you really need to squeeze things in your budget

60$ GeIL EVO SPEAR 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (GSB416GB3000C16ADC) - PCPartPicker

68$ GeIL SUPER LUCE RGB SYNC 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (GLS416GB3000C16ADC) - PCPartPicker

68$ Patriot Viper Steel 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (PVS416G300C6K) - PCPartPicker

72$ Crucial 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (CT8G4DFS832A) - PCPartPicker

Like what the peeps above said, change the SSD. A400 is really cheap and not really the best.

There are a bunch of cheap SSDs that can perform reasonably well.

Also go for Ryzen 3rd gen

Here you go, better graphics and cpu for about the same money, and from just two sellers:

(while the 3600 is just 6core/12 threads, the improvements in internals make it faster than the 2700x)

Motherboard supports BIOS flashback to update bios without cpu (put bios on usb stick, insert stick in mb, press a button, done)

Not worth the extra $40 over the 3600 especially when you could get an aftermarket cooler with that money.

At $350-360 you should go for a RX5700, its a competitor for the 2070 and a notch above the 2060.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600  Heatsink: ID-Cooling Frostflow X GPU: Zotac GTX 1060 Mini 6GB RAM: KLEVV Bolt 3600Mhz (2x8GB) Mobo: ASUS B550-F ROG Strix (Wifi)  Case: Fractal Design Meshify C PSU: Deepcool DQ-M-V2L

Like I said the RX5700 outperforms the 2060

The 2060S (if you can find it for $360) would be better than the RX5700, but I think those start at $400

Memory is lightweight, and you're in 2019 when you can buy things online from other countries. There's these online stores which sell computer components. for example Amazon.com and if you haven't heard there's also a site called eBay and one called Aliexpress where you can find cheap components.
