We Got the Huawei TV into Canada!

Huawei has been developing their own OS called HongMeng or HarmonyOS – and this is the first device to get it. It’s unknown whether it’s meant to replace Android on smartphones or is meant just for IoT devices..

We don´t do motherboards. But we do TV´s that like 0.5% of our viewers can buy.

Oh boy the discussion for this on BiliBili (which used the floatplane version and includes the credits) has garned some discussion.

 

One interesting note is that by chinese law, companies are only required to hold personal data for 3 months in the case of a police warrant, so what's going on right now is more of a economic purpose rather than a political one.

 

I should write an article about LTT in China one of these days.
