MSI CENTER BUG

Those voltages look VERY concerning. 
What PSU do you have? Do you have access to a multimeter?

Try downloading Hwinfo64 and see if that also shows up on there. if so then do as the above states

My PSU just blew up, idk what i should do. I left my PC on and left it, now its shut down and won't boot

Yes, it’s the 12V rail so it’s normal it would be at 12V. I think it was just a visual bug on msi’s side. Though this is HWmonitor and not hwinfo64 and hwmonitor CAN misreport things sometimes, not all the time tho
