got 32gb ram but only 31.9 usable, why?

so 2 days ago i got my new PC

i have AMD Ryzen 3900X - X570 Gigabyte Aorus Master -Corsair Dominitor RGB 32GB (4x8) 3600Mhz Cl18

but when i got 32gb ram i see only 31.9 usable, why? and how i fix it

That's normal, it's hardware reserved.

This is the proverbial 99% completion bug, while downloading more RAM. Just leave it to finish and don't worry.

It's just 100mb,It doesn't matter if you have 100mb less or more,won't make any difference.

This is normal as some address space are reserved for other uses such as I/O and IRQ. Not to worry, though.
