bottleneck or no rtx 2060 or rx 5700 with i7 3770?

i have i7 3770 with asus p8h67-mlx, Asus 1060 6gb, and cx550 corsair

i want to upgrade my gpu to rtx 2060 zotac amp or rx 5700 sapphire/powercolor

question : bottleneck or no? and which better rtx or rx? i want play and streaming PUBG , Apex , GTA V , and CSGO

Bottlenecking? Probably.

 

What to get? The 5700. No contest. It's better in almost every way possible

depends on your definition of bottleneck but the gpu can probably run at close to 100% usage

I'd say save your money for a new rig.  But between those two, the 5700.  1060 to 2060 isn't really going to benefit you.
