5700xt is making me want abandon my Build

Io2945

So it's been 2 and a half weeks since I bought my XFX Radeon RX 5700XT it has been nothing short of hell ride since the thing showed up at my apartments drop box back on the 18th of July. It has gotten to the point I'm just going to return it and abandon my Team Red Build and buy an RTX instead. None of the driver releases have fixed any of the problems I'm having, I even went as far as upgrading my 650w powersupply to a 750w Corsair RM 750X thinking it was a power delivery issue which it wasn't. Prior to that I believed it was just the card reacting badly to monitoring software. Wrong again, and now I've narrowed it down to my Rog Strix X470 F Gaming's boards bios not working well with the card and I'm half right but bios rev 4808 BSODs my PC so back to rev 5007 and my 5700XT not being able to run any game beyond 1080p mid settings. I still have time to RMA which expires on the 17th of August and if by next week the drivers arent fixed that card is going back and I'll just wait till costum AIB's or worse ruin my whole build and buy NVidia.

Dude if you're having problems just RMA it. Also the card just came out, how is it possible that it runs out of the 17th?

Well the basic issue I'm having that goes away after using DDU in safe mode then comes back after I shut down my PC is severe lag while trying to play games above 1080p, the system issues I was having was constant video scheduler internal error BSODs  and TDR Failures that got fixed on the current 19.7.4 driver but continue when rolling back bios from rev 5007 to 4808 on my X470f which fixes the lag issues but gives me the BSOD issues .

Sorry I meant return, Amazon gave me a month to return it which I may do and just wait for partner AIBs

Not sure if related but have you try the new chipset beta driver? https://community.amd.com/community/gaming/blog/2019/07/30/community-update-5-let-s-talk-clocks-voltages-and-destiny-2

Also try use PCIE Gen4 x8 instead of Gen3 x16. I read in some forums playing/toggling PCIE version fixed some crashing issue with 5700 series.
