what are these pins used for?

A massive pc noob here. I was wondering what these types of connectors are used for and what could be used with them. Thanks

Could be a 'HD audio' connector, as it kinda looks like it and has the right amount of pins in the right way.

But as mentioned above, it can be damn near anything, including a debug connector.

my guess is it's an internal USB 2.0 header, but it could also be an internal serial (com) port. if it's a prebuilt it could also be othe stuff like firewire, card readers, etc.  like @Mira Yurizaki said, check the manual.

Looks like a standard USB 2.0 header honestly. Maybe for something like an SD card reader on the front of the case?

it is not audio, or is a usb 2 header or a com port also known as serial port, but we are guessing, tell us the model of the pc to know more
