HELP!!! Low FPS on PUBG (RTX2060)

Monitor: Asus 27' 165hz

Gaming rig: I-5 9400-F - ASUS ROG rtx 2060 - Hyperfury ddr4 1x8gb - Gigabyte H310m

Setting: verylow(except textures medium)

fps cap unlimited

nvidia setting: all max performance

from 70-90 fps it drops to 40-50 fps when i land and then goes back to 70-90 fps, sometimes it reaches 100-110 depending on which places i go to.

i need some help or advice on how to improve my fps or is there any problem with my setup?

1. is your gpu drivers up to date? Is your display connected to your gpu and not the motherboard's onboard graphics? (weird question but its worth the shot)

2. Can we see your in-game temps?

3. Does your system run other games well especially intensive ones? If so, I can only imagine its on pubg's end considering that they have some issues optimizing their games for the pc.

1. yes, its up to date

2. ill take a pic of my in game temps in a bit.

3. I don't play other fps games except Pubg.

2. Okay good, it will tell us whether or not it is a heat issue

3. It could be worth it to test on other games you can find free or not..

Nope. You are getting around the performance of what you are supposed to be getting. Why you only have 8GB of RAM in 2019 is tough to understand though.
