button mapping

so I am trying to play ps4 on my odin 2. set up and connection worked no sweat. The trouble begins when I try to map the buttons the circle button maps, then mapping the cross button is unresponsive. there is a small blackish "B" button floating on the screen(B is what I'm trying to map as cross) any help would be amazing.
