Trying to figure out if a CPU/GPU will bottleneck

I'm looking for a new graphics card and wanted to know if there's a way to know for sure if it will be bottlenecked with my current i5-8400. I bought the new RX 5700 and need to know if I have to buy a new CPU.

The truth is that bottlenecking can be visible or not on game by game basis.

 

But of the top of my head your setup should be a decent combo.
