Aio pump not effective

The tarnish makes me think the coolant leaked out and that's why you have high temps.

I don't see any rust. just corrosion. Id check for leaks.

Just reallised these are the same pump. Your coolant has leaked out and your rad is empty. Did you buy this AIO used? have been using it for years?

Sounds like you need a new cooler.
