I live in misery USA. my timezone is central daylight time which is either UTC -5 or -4 because the government hates everyone.

Hacking channel getting kicked out of Youtube due to new rules, is now becoming a streaming channel and hoping to join Floatplane in the future, maybe? I mean.. is that what he said or what OP wish would happen?

Not really, it's YouTube, a couple of people will never have influence to change their ToS
