Cant boot into windows, black screen with static

zendd

Got my new computer 1 week ago brand new.

i9 - 14900k

rtx 4090

When i first got it it never showed the splash screen, it always just showed a black screen with static for a couple of seconds.

Now my PC wont boot at all and its just the black screen with static on it

Things ive tried

- Resetting cmos with button on the back of the motherboard and taking out the battery

- Changed power cable and power outlet on a different circuit

- Took out all cables except the monitor cable

- Tried HDMI instead of displayport

- Tried only one monitor

- Tried taking out power cord and pressing button for 30 seconds

- Tried taking out power cord and waiting for 10 minutes

Still the same when i boot it up, tried waiting for one hour now but still the same screen.

Strange what are debug led/codes saying on your motherboard? If there is nothing to confirm its not a hardware issue try taking out a stick of ram and then try booting it each time. And also try booting from a live linux usb to see if its the PC or OS messing around(unlikely but worth a try).

On the MB there is just a green light and it says "Boot" besides it, no other light

Tried taking out ram sticks one by one and only using one at the time. Still the same issue

Have you installed any software or anything that could have corrupted your Windows?

You could also try removing the drive temporarily

No software installed other than steam and HWmonitor. If i remove the drive it wont boot at all.

The problem started when i got the PC, instead of the splash screen i just get the static screen and suddenly it is in windows. Tried booting in bios but the same static screen happened. Could be that it is in recovery mode or something but i cant see it?

If i remove the drive it wont have anything to boot into tho? Cant get into repair mode or anything

If you still have your Windows USB, try removing the drive and booting into that instead.

That should rule out whether the drive is faulty.

I'd like your full specs. Some good pictures would be nice.

You could try without the gpu, with the igpu.

What do those mean ?

- Changed power cable and power outlet on a different circuit

- Took out all cables except the monitor cable

I'm willing to swim against the current.

You could take the motherboard out of the case on standard cardboard and connect the minimum.

Check everything is plugged thoroughly also on psu side.

And make a few pictures

Did you update your Bios ? mb doesn't support 14th Intel it seems

Plug out and back in the os drive and boot up again otherwise it may be a faulty boot drive given your debug led light.
