Most powerful $5k build possible?

I don't mind going used if I have to, or spend a little more. I don't want to actually use it, I just want to beat all of those benchmark tests. So I need an amazing cooler and a good cpu. I dont need a lot of storage, just fast storage. Also need like a titan or something.

 

Update: I don't want to use any parts under $150 except maybe cables or something.

You're not gonna beat any benchmarks unless you use LN2 or liquid helium.

 

Also that's a complete waste of money and resources if you're not going to actually use it.

As @Enderman mentioned, you're just gonna waste your money trying to achieve something that would easily be surpassed by someone else.

You're gonna spend all that money on hardware that you have no plans on using other than the bottomless pit of a goal that you made, then someone like der8auer will easily beat you, then what, will you spend even more money?

Well you also need a lot of time and experience, so unless your name is der8auer or kingpin you're kinda wasting your time.

It's not always about how much money you have btw.

 

PS - accounting for all the liquid helium you will use, dead hardware, binning for best chips, etc. you will want about 10x-50x your original 5k budget.

Then put in a few weeks or months of testing and practice and maybe you can get into top 10 or so.

My dream PC is pretty modest, just a mini itx with a 9900k, 2080ti and custom liquid cooling. You can either buy the parts and ship them to me or just give me the money. It's up to you
