yes, unless you somehow screw it up by wiping it or something

If it's just a data drive then yes, just pop it in and be done.

If it's an OS drive then you'll need to let windows do it's think for about 30 minutes to an hour but if you're not running an old Windows 10 version then it should go without a hitch and take care of everything. Ideally you should reinstall the OS on the drive but I've swapped a couple boards without a reinstall to see and didn't have any issues with Windows detecting and updating drivers accordingly to get me going.

Assuming your OS is Win 10, yes. It should install/have whatever drivers it needs. Just be sure to double check them that they are up to date. Linus and his crew swap drives around test machines all the time without issue.

Yes, it'll work. As long as you're using Windows 10 there shouldn't be any compatibility issues, the OS will install all the necessary drivers automatically.

Win 7 is also possible, but you will be out of USB drivers so no way to control it unless you use PS2 keyboard/mouse, or remote network connection if you happen to have the right driver already and have remote access configured. Been there, done that! With a major hardware change you will have to re-activate.
