PC Efficient Build Recommendation

Hi, I'm planning to build a pc this year (2024) and I saw this video on Linus Tech Tips

But is 4 years ago and the components changed a lot, I want to replicate with a modern parts for today and if I'm not mistaken for this video, they did undervolting CPU and GPU , I will do my PC For the Following.

- Mostly for Excel, data analyst stuff,

- Sometimes to play games at 1440p 60fps

Also need guidance how to undervolting the components that was said on this video. Thank you

An Intel N100 and lower standards is the most efficient pc.

Low power yes, but is it the most efficient at the tasks required? (maybe,it is an honest question) It IS going to suck at 1440p gaming though.

Pair it with an OK GPU and it would do fine, probably not at amazing settings in cpu bound titles but I’ve gotten 4k/60 in decent amount of games out of mine.
