570 board with no wifi and usb overclock?

Im going to finally buy 570 and 470 as long term investment... and i want it to NOT have wireless nonsense. Has any of the current brands anounced one without wireless stuff?

I am also interested in an usb port that I can overclock without doing annoynig stuff in windows. I like to run my wmo mouse at 500hz, and for this I have to overclock the usb port from 125hz to 500hz. In windows 7 this is done with a propietary driver so you have to run in test mode which is annoying. But the fatal1ty asrock mobo has an special usb port that you can overclock without risking installing dodgy drivers.

So my question is, is it possible in windows 10 currrently to overclock the usb to 500hz without doing dodgy stuff like installing unsigned drivers and whatnot? if not, then is there any 570 that will have special port like fatal1ty one?

thank

Wireless nonsense? It does not make any difference if you have it, but don't use it. Overlock USB port? You maybe mean change the polling rate in mouse software? If you are talking about changing polling rate for WMA than Windows version has nothing to do with it or newer USB ports, its either a mouse supports certain polling rate or not (and whether you can simply change it via software/mouse drivers). What am I reading ? Correct me if I misunderstood something...

Not sure why so much salt for onboard wifi. On the topic: I've seen some MSI x570 without WiFi ( see: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MPG-X570-GAMING-PLUS.html ). According to leaks, it's going to retail for about 220€ (source: https://www.computerbase.de/2019-05/msi-x570-mainboards-uebersicht-preise/ see section:  Models and prices (EIA) at a glance). Since this is a European based website, prices are in Euro, but according to my experience, for computer components, 1€ = $1, so you could expect it to be around $220.

Well, X570 mobos are going to be more expensive, due to PCI-e 4, and many more. There are a lot of changes, and extra heatsinks etc that are required, so a premium price should be expected.

As @TheoKondak was mentioning, there's a lot of changes specific to supporting PCI-E 4.0. The chipset has over an 11W TDP, so it requires active cooling, which is driving up the price.

Really, for the performance benefit that you will get for PCI-E 4.0, it is worth it. Really, X570 is for the content creators who can make real use of the new Corsair NVME 4.0 drives that can push 5GB/s Read/Write on PCI-E 4.0 and are looking to leverage that Ryzen 9. It really feels like HEDT without requiring a separate platform.

I've also heard that there are differences when it comes handling the RAM. I have absolutely no idea what these changes might be though.

Also, keep in mind that AM4 socket will be discontinued next year, and Ryzen 3000 will probably be the last gen of CPUs that will be supported by AM4, so keep that in mind. Future AMD Ryzen CPUs won't be compatible for either x470 or x570.

One of the other YT channels said that some reps at Computex are saying that Ryzen 3000 can support up to DDR4 4000+ RAM. That'll be nuts if that actually is true.

Even heard 5ghz. Not sure how this will reflect at real performance, or what is going to be the trade offs. Unfortunately, all we can do for now is .. wait.

The trick is to let it go for a while I've managed to wait for so long, I will probably manage another month :D
