Does Intel i5-4570 bottleneck RTX 2060?

Hi, does this processor bottleneck 2060 for 1080p60 gaming?

My budget hovering below 2060 price so i cant upgrade my processor to latest gen.

My current graphic cards is GTX 770.

it will in cpu bound games, but nothing too concerning

 

you could get a vega 56 if it's less tho...

It depends on what game you play, you will find some are more CPU bound causing the bottleneck while others should work out for steady 60fps.

depends on the game, but yes it will most of the time

A GTX 1660 makes more sense with an i5-4570, especially at 1080p/60.

 

To put in perspective, the i5-4570 is about equal to a stock Ryzen 3 2200g in CPU performance.

 

With an OC, the GTX 1660 is nearly equal to a stock 1660 ti, and with a newer display down the line, can handle even 1440p/60hz, even with your existing CPU in most cases that aren't assassin's Creed Odyssey or Metro Exodus.

I'd suggest a full CPU platform upgrade before dropping a 2060 into your build.
