Apple Imac advice for a office!

Hi guys i need to buy an imac for an office

Dont tell me im doing the wronf thing and with that value i can buy another thing more fast i know it yet, but since is for my gf, she need it for a drawing office!

Are Imac screen PWM free? Or Flicker Free? 

-which is the first compatibile pcie ssd model? how worth is over a sata 3?

-which has a good entry level cpu (maybe not the U version?)

-8GB ram is enough

I would love to know if it is pwm free. I think the 21.5 is good! :)! Thanks! 

Budget is around 500/700max! I buy used if possibile

Im very confused on the pcie support of the ssds

I mean which model can i buy with a ssd pcie nvme drive inside, that maybe will be 2x fast than normal ssd sata 3? (I think gen3/4 would be fine?) 

Or if i can buy one used that has support for a pcie drive that i can replace after, this would be amazing because i have one drive fast as much (1gb write and read is enough), then one HDD to store file! Thanks!

The 2011 iMac I bought was $540 and the 1440p screen is so good, not flickering.

21.5 2017 4K (7400) about 620€?
