doing renovations with the old house and the former tenant pulled fibre to it. they probably dont know anything about networking but i think fibre optics are fragile and bending should be avoided.

i have no means to test it, and while fibre itself is cheap, the labour it involves isnt.

That's not bad. I wouldn't go out if your way to crease it but a loose loop like that is fine. That's what it was designed to do.

Doesn't look that bad to me. Depends on fiber type but most actually can bend more without any issues.

I had fibre laid across my driveway for a month before AT&T buried it under.  Drove over it multiple times a day.  It's not fragile.

Yeah that'll be fine- just try to stay away from anything tighter than a 70 or 80° angle

in the install world, that's called a service loop. 

It's primarily there to make moving equipment or recabling easier. Pretty common for ISPs to do that when running new cable.

Looks fine. I've seen fibre bend 180° directly and it still worked (Not recommended!!!).

General advice I’ve heard is don’t go smaller than a grapefruit on loops, and limit the amount of weight pulling the fiber down on a connector to just a few feet of the fiber itself.

Single mode fiber won't begin to attenuate until you begin to bend it around a penil. Past that it's going to snap.
