CPU Overheating, and I Have No Idea Why

So I have a 5820K cpu and an H100i v2 liquid cooler, and even at like 2% load, my cpu cores are at 80-95 degrees Celsius. I felt the tubing to the radiator, and it is extremely hot. I rid of all the dust in the radiator, turned overclocking off, nothing is changing. Also, my cooler seems to be working fine, it is pumping liquid to radiator according to corsair link. What do I do?

Check voltages and many other things, also maybe the pump is dead

If the pump is dead, then why would it say in Corsair Link that my pump is at 3060 rpm?

Either dead pump or blockage. Fans on the radiator working?

Remount the cooler with new thermal paste and if that doesn't fix it there's probably something blocking the fluid flow in your AIO and you need to buy a new one.

The fans on the radiator are working. How would I check for blockage if that's the problem?

if it broke the blades for example. Those are just plastic in some pumps (such as Asetek Gen 5)

You said the tubes were hot? Are both tubes hot or just one?

Get in contact with Corsair support to try and RMA it for a new unit

Corsair website says 5 years warranty on the H100i V2. I don't even think it has been on the market for 5 years...
Maybe @Corsair Nick can help.

Oh Lord when will be the day that users will stop suggesting "RMA" as the only possible solution? .... nvm.

1 reseat the cooler and replace thermal paste

2 check the power cable

3 one of the tubes getting hot is completely normal, that indicates the radiator is working, hot liquid goes thru one tube and returns to the block cold.

4 get rid of the "interface cable" going from the pump to the internal USB header as well as the Y splitter, connect the fans directly to the mobo and use BIOS Setup to control them.

That means the pump is broken or there's a block in the line. I had the same problem with an old system I had.

Sorry about my spelling sometimes. My $1200 laptop has a $2 keyboard.

Try removing the pump and radiator, then shaking them gently to possibly free up any trapped bubbles or blockage.  Reinstall the unit, then run the system with the pump head facing the ceiling for 8-12 hours.  If you continue to see CPU temps rising with no load, then an RMA will be your next step.  You can submit a support ticket through the link below, and one of our Technical Support Reps can help you with a replacement.  H100i V2 has a 5-year warranty like @Spotty mentioned, and the V2 has only been out for maybe 3 years at most.

I currently have a failing pump on my AIO, and the reason I know it’s the pump is because one tube is hot, yet the exhaust is room temperature(& my AIO is notorious for pump failure). If this is your symptoms, a failing pump or blockage would be my first guess.

I agree. When one tube is hot that's certain failure.

His cpu is extremely hot at idle, if there is trapped air in the pump and he's been running it dry at 3000rpm+ you should be telling him to RMA is surely or do you guys use hydraulic pumps that don't require lubrication from the coolant?
