X399 and Zen 2

Ive been looking at some X399 motherboards but no where does it say Zen 2 or TR3 support.  So does someone have to buy this chipset mobo and flash the BIOS and then use a Zen 2 ?  Or will their be new motherboards coming out with the release of Zen 2 ?

No guarantee... most motherboards SHOULD support Zen2 based Threadripper chips as they're released but they'll have to validate boards, test, make bios (if there's enough free space in bios chip to add Zen2 support, should be)

Sounds complicated, best hope for new motherboards in coordination with the Zen 2 release.
