Which monitor to buy?

hello i am buying a new monitor, hopefully tomorrow but i'm not exactly sure about which one i should buy. my options are limited to the monitors sold on Canada Computers. the thing is, i have not bought a monitor in like 6 years, and it was just some walmart crap. i checked out some information on stuff like refresh rate, contrast ratio, etc. it's all a lot to take it, so having some unbiased and experienced opinions will help a lot. apparently some monitors are not compatible with some GPUs? i run a gtx 1050.

 

also feel free to share any advice.

Requirements for new monitor:

• LED
• Preferably less than $200 CAD
• Preferably more than 60 refresh rate
• 1080 resolution
• Preferably at least 23 inches
• Must have brightness controls
• Preferably less than 5ms response time
