It would. It's a 15mm fan (ok, 12mm). It's pretty pricey for the performance you get, but such is life with slim fans that actually move air.

Actually, on most modern mid-to-high end cases, they can't. The mesh sticks out behind the flat panel, or the mounting screw holes are indented into the case. Or both. And beyond that, if we're talking practicality, I don't know how practical I'd consider the thought of losing a pint of blood every time I reach behind the PC to plug or unplug something from the USB connectors.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
