You could also try contacting G2A if you have an order number or something like that.

They've charged you twice? For the same amount or for a different amount?

 

 

Since you did get the item you've bought, I wouldn't say you got scammed. You did however get ripped off.

I'd contact my bank or credit union to get it charged back. Unless it's something you've agreed to because you didn't read the fine prints... like the monthly fee for their "protection racket's" G2A Shield even thought you say you didn't create an account.

 

Let this be a lesson, when buying something online... take the time to create an account in case anything goes wrong.
