I got RTX where are my BF 5 and Anthem

I saw somewhere the deal has ended and they don't give you sh*T when you buy a RTX.  How can I get free game ?  I went somewhere and it said deal has ended some sh*T like that.  So wtf,,  ?

I just finished talking to newegg. and they say since we bought it from newegg ebay ,, the promotion is no good ,, must have been bought from newegg.com   sux,, oh well

Welp, guess your just stuck buying bf5. Wouldn’t waste the cash myself but should make for a good solo game though.

There some way and read some people having issues but you can still get the promo.  Someone just being lazy at NewEgg and blew you off.

OH really.  Should I call newegg support or go through chat again ?  She said hold on checked and said no promo for newegg ebay,, but you say I can still get it,, so I must call to speak with supervisor or something.
