Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

That archaic engine, the one that is still in the DNA of modern FPS games, is open source and basically the perfect engine to pull off this style, for which there is a market.  I'm not sure why you are so against it, it works, what's the big deal?
