That doesn't exclude bad addons and other Chrome apps. Disable everything that you might have installed. Then enable them one-by-one starting from most known/trusted ones. Its usually something bit shady thats supposed to go around copyright protections etc. thats is causing things like that.

You could also test if this https://www.forbes.com/sites/leemathews/2018/05/24/how-to-scan-your-computer-for-malware-with-google-chrome/ works. Every other links about virus/malware removal just told to disable syncing and disable extensions, which is same as what I'm saying above. Last effort if anything else fails is to reset whole thing.

Every once in a while, suddenly, a new tab opens saying "AAAAAAA", does anybody know what causes that?

Current Specs (Am building a mini ITX PC, will take a while)

CPU                                   RAM                                             Motherboard

Ryzen 7 5700G              16GB unbranded 2666Mhz           Asus ROG Strix  x570-i

GPU                                  Case                                              Boot Drive

EVGA GTX 1060           SSUPD Meshlicious                  Corsair MP500  500GB

Headset                           FBT                                                Extras
Quest 2                       Waist+Chest on OwOtrack                VIVE DAS

When it is finished

CPU                                   RAM                                             Motherboard

Ryzen 7 5700G              32GB Corsair LPX 4200Mhz     Asus ROG Strix  x570-i

GPU                                  Case                                              Boot Drive

ASUS RTX 3070          SSUPD Meshlicious                  Corsair MP500  500GB

Headset                           FBT                                                Extras
Quest 2                       Haritora-X/Slime VR                VIVE DAS + LucidVR Gloves + BHaptics vest

Speakers off so the screams are silent

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Check your browser add ons and plugins and make sure nothing strange is going on. Scan for malware. It's probably malware. Some types of malware install an add on to your browser and do whatever they were designed to do. Probably nothing good.
