Is there any graphics card can guarantee 144fps at 1440p?

Depends on the game and graphic settings. I have a 1070 and I can get 144fps in some games, while in others I get 60-70fps. Your best bet would be the 2080 ot 2080ti to maximize the return on FPS at the highest available settings.

The answer is no for a simple reason: no game is the same, and as time goes on, games become more demanding so older cards start lagging behind more and more each year. The current king is the RTX2080Ti, it'll guarantee 144fps at 1440p in games where it matters, such as PUBG, CSGO, Virginnite, etc.

You've got a 20k pc (or more), but still are using a "7.1" gaming headset lol :D

1070ti i think is enough but to be safe go 1080 up. or go with rtx. i always prefer rtx 2070 and 2080. and remember, if RTX on it reduce fps

If you are ok to have lower graphics settings then yes any higher end card today will probably do it. 

 

However, if you're a settings snob like me nothing on the market will be good enough yet. In Witcher 3, i still can't get anywhere near constant 144fps with two power modded and water cooled Titan RTX - with all settings max on 3440 x 1440.

Any card if you want to turn settings down. Get the best card you can afford. 

More the horrid amd card of you’re into that kinda thing.
