Do you have your framerates capped? Vsync on or off?

so all of a sudden i have been lagging/frame dropping in all my games i play on steam/uplay/ect. i have no idea why it's doing it and i would some help please

Is there any chance someone unplugged you from the graphics card into the motherboard output?

Happened to me once and drove me insane. 

 

Also, please change that colour behind the font, it drove me into a murderous rage

updated your video cards driver anytime recently ?

ye i have updated my driver and my temps read for cpu it was 10 then jumped to 70

gpu went from 20 to 40

no frames capped and vsync is off
