ended up getting the gigabyte 2070 rtx which comes out end of the week nearly half the price of the 2080.

This was exactly what I wanted to tell you. I wouldn't spend twice that much. 2070 is enough on WQHD. What do you need more? ?

If you play at 1440p high refresh rate or 60fps 4k then go for 2080.

Really depends on the resolution you want to play.

I have a RTX 2070 and play on WQHD with 60 FPS Battlefield V.

If you're upgrading monitor too, then yeah a 2080 would be awesome. Get a high refresh rate.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

If you can afford a GTX 1080 Ti or RTX 2080 get those since they can fully handle 1440P and even do most 4K with settings turned slightly down

SFF Time N-ATX V2 - Gigabyte X570 I Aorus Pro WIFI - AMD Ryzen 9 5800X3D - Gigabyte Gaming OC RTX 4090 - LG C2 OLED 42"
