pro tip: get some rubber washers, they cost a cent each and perform the same if not better than "fan mounts" lol

I would just get a slim chunk of rubber and cut holes that your screws will fit through, and then mount to the case with the rubber between the fan and the chassis

I've tried a few different ones, and my favorites have to be Noctua's rubber mounting pins.  They of course won't change airflow noise, but vibration and ticking noises that went through to the case were completely eliminated.  Also, they didn't keep breaking like the cheaper pins I tried in the past.

Rubber washers haven't been nearly as good as rubber screws from my experience.

@wantgpuhelp Where are you shopping / located and where are you mounting the fans?

tried both and got the same results, only difference is that 4 mounts cost $20 and 4 washers cost 25 cents lol

Which mounts are you looking at? Here's a 100 pack of rubber screws for $12: https://www.amazon.com/Mounting-Screws-Rivets-Silicone-Computer/dp/B01M4LVBY2/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?keywords=rubber+screws&qid=1548110879&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1
