What is the best Ryzen 2700x mobo?

Budget: 170$( I may go over that but I preffer staying at this price range)

Must have  a PCI Express 3.0 x4 for a M.2 Samsung 970 evo ssd

Ram is at 3000 mhz.

What's your budget? That will help a lot as there are boards for every budget. Do you want the best or do you just want one that works? They all do what you requested as a requirement.

You'll be surprise that most of the Ryzen boards supports it, even the cheaper one.

The question to ask is what are you going to do with that board?

One's best might not be the other's, so it is subjective.
