Zen+ reaches higher frequencies, and will typically be better for gaming and lightly threaded applications. 

The PSU is a significant downgrade. From mediocre to garbage. 

The motherboard uses the same 3 phase VRM, so not an upgrade. 

 

The build by @Herman McpootisMcpootis (damn that bug again) is better. Though I would consider swapping the RAM for two 1x8GB 3000MHz Aegis kits.
