Recognize this rack enclosure/shelf/drawer?

What rack brand/model is shown on these pictures?

The blanking panels with handles is what caught my attention.

(I'm aware that the handles most likely are for esthetics only)

Hoped the IT guys would know.

It's not a blanking plate, it's a shelf. Look under it on the first image to give you a better view at it.

Likely to not have come with the rack.

I was mainly looking for the shelf/panel/box similar to what @Admiral Koba found, 

On the pictures the handles look more shiny, but that's maybe wrongly displayed on the shopping site.

 

What is the purpose of that box/shelf? It dont look easily accessible like a drawer.

It's to put non rackmounted kit in, it's more likely to be used in SOHO (small office, home office) applications for smaller bits of hardware. I've installed one to sit a cable modem in before, etc.

The exact model will either be on AliExpress or will be interesting to find. You could always replace the handles with shinier ones (plenty available online).
