Base Templates for New Builds and Troubleshooting

ok so I recommend that anytime you create a post in new builds or troubleshooting forums there should be a template ready for you

While this might be annoying for those who don't need the template, it can easily be removed in one fell swoop with the clear editor button

It's something that we've looked into before, but it's not something that we're easily able to add unfortunately.

Can we not just have a pinned template that it titled something along the lines of "USE THIS TEMPLATE - NEW BUILDS" or something similar?

The read before posting topics already basically do that, albeit not in a copy and paste format, so if people aren't reading them, I suspect they won't read a template topic either.
