560 Ti by far, but even at very low price points, better GPUs can be had, a 750 Ti being one of them

Depends on the price.

I wouldn't buy either... at the moment 4GB RX 570 cards are selling for very low prices, like less than 130$ ... and RX 560 cards are around 85$ after mail-in rebates...
