Why not just go on Sports Bet or U Bet or Lad Brokes or one of those other betting sites we have here in Australia. Assuming you're 18 & all that stuff.

That seems like a waste of $100. I can think of a lot of better things to use it on:

1. Food (pizza for a month, or take your lady out to a nice restaurant)

2. Gas (if you drive, or bus tickets, etc)

3. Just withdraw all the money at an ATM and put it into savings/investments

4. Even if you do want to gamble, I'd just buy some scratch tickets or a lotto ticket or something

5. Or, go to an actual casino. At least it's mildly more interesting than an online casino.

Online gambling is illegal in the USA assuming you are from there. So idk what to tell you. I know some bypass it by you just buying coins and using that to gamble.

just buy a cs go skin off OPskins and gamble it or invest the cash in real life items you can re sell on eBay

savings/investments

That is the best advice anyone can give someone. The strict personal determination to consistently save money.

Yes! having accounts that you can not access immediately is the key to saving money.

Recently I just deposited $1000 in cash into a national canadian bank TFSA account, its an umbrella account for investing in Canada. I originally thought that it was strictly by appointment only withdrawals and deposits. But when I went to the bank she showed me how to do it online, not via app. It still takes a business day to transfer, but you require a desktop pc, and you cant use a cell phone to do it either.

That is better then having a separate bank account, say savings with no ATM access, because you can just go online and transfer funds and its instant.

I use both methods.

Previous method was using a bank safety deposit box, I had mine full of cash bills, primarily in stacks of 100's.

I lost a key or two, and it was a pricey mistake in terms of Bank Fee's.

Another thing is with those prepaid credit cards, the monthly fee's are how they make their profit. The ones heavily advertised are high fees, like $4/month. The ones you see at the cashier checkout for example. I have found a few prepaid credit cards (not unsecured, but where you have to put money on it) where the fee's are zero. I have one prepaid card that I can use to rent cars if I have the preauth amount on it. It all depends on the system and clerks working the desk. Hertz rejected my, but Enterprise worked everytime.

A low-risk investment is a great way to squirrel away your money. For example here in Canada there are Guarunteed Invesment Certificates with zero risk. They earn anywhere between 1% and 3% even 4% if you are lucky, so they barely cover inflation.

Another great investement is a stock that pays divedend, but watch out for minimum orders.

Thanks for taking the time to write all of that but my savings and investments are just fine.  I just wanted to have a silly little gamble on an online casino for fun but didnt want to get scammed or sign up to a fake site that's all, i just wanted to hear from someone that has had some experience with them that's all.

They are not regulated. Nor have the safeguards in place which a regular brick and mortar casino would have.

Best bet, is to go play Black Jack at a table, and double up if you lose.

I never play the slots, unless I am walking out the door. No skill involved.

That’s the whole point no skill involved and people play it all day so they cash out more often then you think. Just have to study what ones are used the most if you really wanted to.

yeah no

its a no win game

yeah gamblers think they won, but overall they lost.

Its like hey I won $10,000 today, but they dont keep track of how much they lost.

That is precisely why VLT's in bars are the primary income.

you clearly have no idea how to gamble

thats why you don't gamble all day every day, i see you don't look at life in moderation and you just look at it as going full out on everything.  you gamble one in a blue moon so if you lose its whatever losing $500 gambling over the course of 1 year is fine because you can just bring $20 play penny and nickel slots and you can win more then $500 off them if your lucky. so its not like your really throwing money away. its better then spending it on a pizza or some junk food. hell a pillow even cost like $10. people just have no self control I have won more then I have lost at casinos over the course of my life if you add it all up, it may not be like oh i'm up $50,000 but its better then being down any money and I still get the same enjoyment as others from being at the casino. its mostly the free alcohol that makes it fun lol.

and if you are rich and have millions or hundreds of thousands then you can make that $500 loss minimum a year to like $10,000 or $100,000 and still be fine because your income allows it.

you only go broke if you are dumb with money. don't spend what you don't have.

I think that's a little bit harsh but yeah it would have been nice to hear from someone who has actually tried one as opposed to all of the people saying not to do it or offering other kinds of advice lol

Perhaps i'll try my luck on Reddit and see if anyone can point me in the right direction :)

Steam sales.

Once again, i know everyone means well when they try and suggest other things to do with the money but that wasn't why i made this thread, had i wanted that the title would have been "need advice on what to do with $100" lol

I have a robust savings account and investments, all is well in my life, i just happen to have one of these $100 pre-paid VISA card things and i thought it would be fun to see what online casinos are like that's all.

Honestly, most online casinos are shady as fuck.

I gathered as much, that's why i made this thread in the hopes that someone who has had some experience with them would chime in and recommend the least shady one.

Come Bloody Angel

Break off your chains

And look what I've found in the dirt.

Pale battered body

Seems she was struggling

Something is wrong with this world.

Fierce Bloody Angel

The blood is on your hands

Why did you come to this world?

Everybody turns to dust.

Everybody turns to dust.

The blood is on your hands.

The blood is on your hands!

Pyo.

Online casinos are unenforcable because who knows where the servers are, then what priority does prosectution have in nabbing the perps.

Maybe just play at a reputable online poker site, like Poker Stars or sumtin.
