Is a Dell Z170 mobo compatible with new cpu coolers and cases?

I bought a Dell XPS 8910 for gaming recently, it has a nice GPU, CPU and a nice amount of ram. When I play games though, it gets crap temperatures, CPU goes to mid-50s to low 60s and GPU goes to 77-83 degrees (This is all in Celsius).  I am worried because I don't want overheated and dead components. I thought a new case, fans, and CPU cooler would help because this case has 1 top fan, a side fan, a bad fan and a CPU cooler. I was wondering if the stock Dell Z170 mobo could fit into a new case and take a C7 CPU cooler. If you have any recommendations for cheap cases, fans or CPU coolers that will keep my rig cool that would be much appreciated too.

The C7 should fit on any mobo with a supported socket but to be sure just email cryorig support and double check.

 

Check the measurements of the mobo before changing the case and make sure the stand off are in the standard positions for that mobo size

Oh ok, I felt like those are very hot because 81 C seems like alot.

Just try to get a fan blowing air towards the graphics card. What kind of card is it?

It is a GTX 1070 Founders Edition. When I check GPU-Z it says it's subvendor is Dell but I have opened the computer and it looks normal so I don't know why it would say that.

Yeah, the blower-style coolers do run hot.

Getting another CPU cooler won't do anything to that. Case switch might.
