HEY GUYS JUST WANTED TO KNOW, CAN I USE MY LAPTOP AS A SECOND MONITOR THROUGH HDMI OR VGA CABLE???(not through any software)

No. you can't. The HDMI and VGA are inuputs, not outputs.
