CIV6 plus a couple DLC is pretty damn good deal for 12 dollars by itself.

CIV games aren't really my thing tho(Paradox FTW) So I haven't really played it and can't compare it too much

Actually yeah that's a great deal on a 120. Personally I would save for a 256 but if you don't have the budget this is a great deal
