Intel vs Ryzen for streaming

Hi I'm building a streaming rig, already decided the GPU, but I still have some doubts. Hopefully some of you can clarify all the stuff for me.

So my pc will be used for streaming 720p30fps, possibly 720p60fps in the future. I will play games like CS:GO and Overwatch, which I'm not too worried about, but I also plan on playing some battlefield, dishonored, or PUBG on stream.

BUILD:   PS: The prices here don't affect me, because I live in EU so stuff differs a lot in prices here compared to US

What's the PCPP link? What's your budget? These are bad component choices.

That is a terrible price, a 1080 is only $30 more and gives 25-30% more performance

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

... should have told them that you buy from german amazon and kept the prices in euros. i guess that caused some confusion because US and DE prices sometimes differ a LOT
