I'd get a different mobo, most of MSI's ones don't like Ryzen. What's your total budget?

Yeah just make sure to check if the RAM is 100% compatible with the motherboard on the official website.

Crucial compatibility check says the memory is compatible with the motherboard.

 

Decent build. You might consider going with a 450W - 550W psu.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

If you can stretch the budget, get this 

better mobo, much better GPU, faster RAM, only a downgraded PSU.

Given how MSi makes shitty boards for Ryzen and you do need fastest ram you can afford to get the most out of it either of @Shiv78's builds would be wiser money management.
