i7-6700k vs i7-7700k

Ive always said to buy the i7 7700k but then i thought that the 30$ difference might as well be worth saving...

 

Between i7 7700k and i7 6700k which one is the best? ( obv the i7 7700k) but to what extent... will the i7 6700k perform evenly-close to , or not?

 

What speficic advantages does the 7700 has over to 6700 AND to be fair i dont even think if i will OVERCLOCK my cpu so does it even worth paying some extra money for some extra Mhz ?

 

And if i buy the i7 6700k or the i7 7700k will a simple coolermaster hyper 212 evo do its job? Provided that i dont overclock it ofcourse...

 

The use is simple , content creator , gaming , livestreaming .

They're the same chip but the 7700/7700k is clocked higher. Also yes a 212 evo should be good at cooling it.
