For office PC that will run just text editors with basic CPU and GPU/iGPU, yes.

Otherwise, no.

Nope. Check out @STRMfrmXMN's PSU tier list, and pick a PSU on at least tier 3. The Corsair CX (2017), CXM, and SeaSonic S12II/M12II are good budget PSUs.

Depends on your system specs. I'd recommend it if you had a system with no dGPU but the 650W version makes no sense.

 

What are your specs?
