Well if you have a 100Hz monitor, then the monitor is the bottleneck, but in this case it doesn't even make sense to upgrade your PC, as it is already pretty good. The GPU you can upgrade to all depends on the resolution you play at, and your budget

When I upgrade, what order would you recommend upgrading parts in and what should I upgrade to?

Your gpu seems like the newest component here, but it's also ironically the first thing you would want to upgrade when you have the budget, because it is the bottleneck here. You also can upgrade to AM5, which won't give you that much more perfomance, but your pc will be more future proof

what's slow? all of those parts look pretty good to me
